Scope
• Single-sided or folded invitation card sized for both print (high-resolution PDF, CMYK) and digital sharing (JPEG/PNG, RGB).
• Classic fonts, subtle colour palette, and tasteful graphic accents that convey sophistication without looking dated.
• Space for custom text fields: honouree’s name, date, time, venue and RSVP details.
What I’ll provide after kickoff
• Sample wording and any mandatory details.
• A few reference images for inspiration (if helpful).
Deliverables
1. Initial concept (flat image) for quick alignment.
2. Up to two revision rounds on the chosen concept.
3. Final print-ready PDF plus web-ready JPEG/PNG, and the editable source file (Canva or similar).
Acceptance criteria
• Matches the “elegant and classic” look—no trendy effects or loud colours.
• High-quality output suitable for professional printing.
• All text remains fully editable in the source file.
