Custom Luxury Wedding Invitation Suite Design and Production
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Description:
I’m looking for a high-end designer/stationer to create and produce a fully custom wedding invitation suite, along with coordinated day-of stationery. This is a full-service project including design, print production, materials sourcing, and final delivery—not design-only.
The goal is a unique, refined, and elevated suite that feels elegant and understated, with thoughtful luxury details and subtle statement elements.
Invitation Suite (Approx. 180 Sets):
Each set will include:
• Main invitation card
• Details card
• RSVP card (with QR code or wedding website link)
• Additional events card (for a rooftop sunset welcome event – open to elevated naming suggestions)
• Custom bookmark-style insert (featuring embossed floral elements and a line illustration of Las Majadas Palacio (in Chile), maybe with a tassel attached)
• A cohesive method of bundling the suite (open to creative direction—ribbon, tulle, sleeve, or other elevated presentation; not necessarily a belly band)
• Inner and outer envelopes (luxury paper or alternative materials preferred)
Additional Design + Production Needs:
• Custom monogram/logo (full names + initials)
• Wedding menus (paper, potentially with tassel detail)
• Welcome cards for guest baskets (short, warm message)
• Wedding signage (welcome sign, directional signage, etc.)
• Itinerary cards (with elevated finishes such as embossing, die-cut edges, or lace detailing)
Language:
• Approximately half of the suites will be in Spanish and half in English
• I will provide all content and collaborate on wording
Design Direction:
• Elegant, timeless, and cohesive across all elements, a hint of modern and luxurious simplicity
• Understated luxury—not overly ornate, but highly intentional
• Interest in premium materials and finishes (embossing, foil, specialty papers, texture)
• Unique, non-template design with strong attention to detail
Materials + Production Expectations:
• High-quality, luxury paper and printing methods (please specify options such as cotton paper, handmade paper, letterpress, embossed font, foil stamping, embroidery, etc.)
• Open to unique materials or finishes beyond traditional paper where appropriate, like a booklet perhaps
• Physical samples/prototypes must be mailed to me for approval prior to final production
• Final deliverables must be print-perfect and professionally produced
I will provide:
• Design inspiration and references, photo examples of ideas I like that could be incorporated
• All text/content
• Direction on overall wedding aesthetic and color palette
Please include:
