I need an investment manager

I have around $14,000 invested. I have lost around $5,000. I would appreciate some advice on which stocks to cut my losses on. We are obviously in a bit of a dip in the market at the moment, and I don't want to sell at the wrong time - but it's clear that a lot of my stocks are not winning choices.
I'd like advice from someone that has a sizeable, successful investment portfolio and has had experience for at least a few years.
