I have a turnkey agricultural-waste collection and recycling venture that already secures 100 % of the waste stream and converts up to 90 % of it into saleable products, generating roughly USD 10 million in net profit each year. Every licence, feasibility study, technical drawing, and financial projection is signed off and ready, so the only piece missing is the buyer.
Your task is to bring in individual investors—ideally from North America, Europe, or Asia—who have both the appetite and the capacity to acquire the entire project. I will supply you with the data room, executive summary, and any supporting material you need for outreach. You will handle prospecting, pitching, and guiding the conversation through to a signed sale agreement.
Commission terms are negotiable and will reflect the deal size. If you already know investors focused on sustainable, high-return projects, all the better; experienced closers will feel at home here.
