Funding Strategy for DTC Brand Acquisition
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m ready to buy a profitable direct-to-consumer Shopify brand generating between $500K and $3M in annual sales, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or any consumer niche with solid repeat purchase metrics. What I need now is a partner who can take me from intention to closing by unlocking the right capital stack.
You will guide the entire funding journey—sourcing investors for equity, negotiating seller-financed terms, or structuring a creative hybrid that keeps my upfront cash commitment minimal. Connections to angel groups, family offices, revenue-based lenders, or similar networks are a huge plus, but results-driven execution matters more than theory.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working: you assess viable deal structures, prepare the investor or lender materials, open doors to capital sources, and help me navigate diligence through to a signed purchase agreement. A track record of closing acquisitions or growth rounds is essential; slide decks alone won’t cut it.
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise funding blueprint that outlines at least two realistic structures with pros, cons, and projected dilution or repayment schedules
• Warm introductions or outreach campaigns to capital sources, documented with contact logs and next steps
• Support in term-sheet negotiation and deal closing to the point we secure the agreed funding commitment
If you have closed similar transactions—especially eCommerce roll-ups or DTC brand buyouts—let’s talk.
