The advisor will be responsible for:
* Refining and improving the pitch deck (if needed)
* Identifying and reaching out to potential investors
* Pitching the startup to relevant investors
* Coordinating meetings and follow-ups
* Supporting the complete fundraising process until closure
**Payment Structure:**
* Strictly **success-fee-based** (percentage of funds raised)
* No upfront payment will be provided
* Percentage can be mutually discussed based on experience and value provided
