CIM Specialist for M&A Advisory Samples

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

We are looking for an experienced investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory professional who can prepare high-quality Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) / Information Memorandums (IMs).

The immediate requirement is to develop or professionally anonymize three presentation-based IM samples across the following sectors:

Manufacturing
B2B / Corporate Services
EPC / EPCC, preferably water treatment, infrastructure, engineering, or a related project-based business

The samples should resemble professional sell-side M&A materials prepared by boutique investment banks or transaction advisory firms.

Expected sections may include:

Company Overview
Transaction Overview
Shareholding or Group Structure
Products and Services
Business Model
Operating Process or Project Lifecycle
Industry and Market Overview

The final output should be in an editable PowerPoint format and must be visually professional, commercially written, and suitable for presentation to buyers, investors, or M&A advisors.

Mandatory Application Requirement

You must attach at least one relevant CIM, IM, investment memorandum, transaction deck, or sell-side M&A sample with your application.

Applications without a relevant sample will not be reviewed.

Pitch decks, startup fundraising decks, generic company profiles, and financial-model screenshots will not be considered sufficient unless they closely resemble a full M&A Information Memorandum.

Confidential client information may be redacted or anonymized.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services, private equity, corporate finance, or Big Four deal advisory
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Ability to convert raw company information into a clear investment narrative
Experience with market research, transaction positioning, financial commentary, and industry analysis
Familiarity with manufacturing, B2B services, EPC, EPCC, infrastructure, or water treatment businesses
Strong written English
High attention to detail
