I’m commissioning a thorough investigative report that uncovers and substantiates instances of political corruption. The assignment begins with desk research—public records, court filings, FOIA requests—then progresses into source cultivation, interviews, and on-the-ground verification. I need you to trace money flows, map relationships, and document decision-making chains with evidence solid enough to withstand legal scrutiny and editorial standards.

The finished package should include:
• A narrative article (3,000–4,000 words) presenting the findings in compelling, fact-checked prose.
• An annotated evidence folder containing source documents, interview transcripts, and data sets cross-referenced to the article.
• A concise executive brief (≈600 words) that highlights key revelations for quick stakeholder review.

Please outline your methodology, anticipated timeline, and any secure communication tools you prefer (Signal, Proton, encrypted email, etc.). Familiarity with PAC filings, lobbying disclosures, GIS mapping of donor networks, or similar investigative techniques will be an asset.
