Government Agency Harrassing black citizens

Id like to reach out to a journalist to investigate my story. I have been harrassed by drones and planes for the last 6 months for what I believe is racial profiling. Its by extremists and its in plain view. Ive contacted the local police, FBI, FAA, etc and nothing is happening. I will pay for an investigation. Drones and what looks like military planes follow me everywhere. In the day time its military planes making X's eith contrails (smoke in the sky) and at night its drones which may appear to most people as stars. I have a picture from yesterday 10/21/22 where I went to the police station on 63rd to complain. Both drone and military plane followed me there. SEE PICTURES taken in front of the police station at 4:40pm. The drone is the small ball on the left side and the contrail smoke left by the plane. The police said they couldnt do anything. Then at 9pm the drone followed me to my home in Hyde Park. When I went to bed at 12:30am, the drone moved above my window where I took a picture. Sorry my pictures are blurry but I have a regular Samsung s10. But you can see its a ball with a blue ring around the bottom. This started in Seattle and now Im being targeted here as a single black woman, no criminal background, MBA, working good job. I just want the harassment to stop. No one is taking it seriously. Please do an investigation and Ill share more pictures and backstory. Im contemplating spending $5000 on a foresic search on my phone as I believe my GPS is hacked and I want to pursue criminal charges. Please help, Thank you, Christina Martin 630-222-7755.
