eBay & Whatnot Inventory Upload
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I have a batch of clothing items ready to list on both eBay and my Whatnot shop. Every photo is already shot and sitting in a shared iCloud folder; you’ll simply pull from there. Alongside the images I’ll hand you a plain-text file that holds each SKU, title, size, condition notes, and price.
Your job is to turn that raw information into live listings:
• Create each listing in eBay Seller Hub and in my Whatnot dashboard.
• Attach the correct iCloud photos in the sequence provided.
• Select the appropriate clothing category so buyers can filter by tops, pants, outerwear, etc.
• Copy-paste (or lightly clean up) the text file details—no typos or formatting slips.
• Double-check that quantities, variations, and shipping settings match what I supply.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every item in the text file appears on both platforms.
2. Titles, prices, and categories exactly mirror the source file.
3. Photos display in the same order they’re stored in iCloud.
4. No listing errors flagged by eBay or Whatnot at the time of upload.
If you already handle inventory for Whatnot stores and understand eBay’s Seller Hub quirks, this will be straightforward. Turnaround is flexible but steady progress is appreciated—I’ll monitor through shared spreadsheets and platform dashboards.
