To streamline our sales, supply chain, and customer management, we are adopting Zoho One as our core ERP and CRM platform.
Our team has experience with Zoho One but requires a highly skilled Zoho expert or team to:
• Design & implement the most efficient system setup
• Minimize unnecessary customizations
• Ensure the system is user-friendly & scalable
• Provide ongoing support and optimizations

• Set up Zoho One quickly and correctly, leveraging best practices
• Guide us through the right questions to create an optimized solution
• Customize only when necessary, keeping the system lean and scalable

• Provide ongoing maintenance & enhancements

Scope of Work
You will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing the following Zoho One applications:
• Sales & Marketing Automation
o Zoho CRM – End-to-end sales tracking (leads → deals → customers)
o Zoho SalesIQ – Website chatbot, WhatsApp integration, ChatGPT automation
o Zoho Mail – integrated into Zoho CRM
o Zoho Campaigns – Email marketing automation
o Zoho Social – Social media scheduling & engagement
o Zoho Bookings – Sales team scheduling & customer appointments
• Inventory, Logistics & Finance
o Zoho Inventory – Product & warehouse tracking, potential API integrations
o Zoho Books – Invoicing, billing, integration with our Bank
• Customer Service & Support
o Zoho Desk – Ticketing system, SLA tracking, performance reports
o Zoho Forms – Customer feedback submission & issue tracking
o Zoho Customer Portals – Self-service portals for customers & technicians
• Advanced Data & Reporting
o Zoho Analytics – Dashboards for sales pipeline, real-time EV charger performance
o Zoho Flow – Automations between applications & external systems
• HR & Expense Management
o Zoho People (Possible future migration from external HR system)
o Zoho Expense (Expense tracking & reporting)
o Zoho WorkDrive – Document storage & internal knowledge sharing

What We Expect From You
• Technical Skills (Must-Have)
o 5+ Years Experience in Zoho One implementations
o Deep expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, API integrations
o Fast system setup – We expect 80% of the setup to be completed within 5-7 days, with refinements and customizations over the following 3-4 weeks, followed by ongoing maintenance.
o Zoho Flow & Analytics – Workflow automations & real-time dashboards
o Third-party integrations – Connecting Zoho.
• Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
o Experience with supply chain or EV charging industry
o UI/UX Optimization – Making Zoho intuitive for end users
o Previous CRM migrations – Helping us transition smoothly
• Soft Skills (Essential)
o Fluent English – Strong communication & documentation skills
