Zoho Books Accountant Needed to Migrate Existing Excel Data (E-commerce Brand – India, GST)

Project Overview:

I run an e-commerce home décor brand in India called Frova, and I want to move all my financial data—profits, losses, expenses, inventory, payments—into Zoho Books.
All my data until today is currently maintained in Excel sheets, and I need a professional who can clean, organise, and import everything properly into Zoho Books with full GST compliance.

What I Need Help With:

1. Data Migration from Excel into Zoho Books

Expenses

Sales (Amazon, website, offline if needed)

Refunds & returns

Supplier purchases

Inventory details

Bank & cash transactions

Opening balances

GST input/output data

2. Cleaning & Formatting the Excel Sheets

Ensuring the columns match Zoho import templates

Fixing duplicate entries

Categorising expenses properly

Correctly tagging GST (IGST/CGST/SGST)

3. Zoho Books Setup (if required):

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zoho Books

Experience working with Indian GST

Strong understanding of e-commerce bookkeeping (Amazon/Shopify/FBA/FBM is a bonus)

Ability to clean messy Excel data
