Weekly Vehicle Inventory Audits

We need a reliable partner to visit our client's automotive retail sites once a week and perform a physical count of new, demo and used vehicles financed by our clients. Your task is to match each VIN on-hand to our audit inventory list in the system, record any discrepancies, and deliver a concise reconciliation report before the close of business the same day.
You will work with our proprietary application, dedicated to this service, which guides you through the audit process and generates the final report. Accuracy matters more than speed, but the job is expected to be completed within the day.
Deliverables each week:
• Verified VIN-level count of all vehicles within the inventory list
• Flagged exceptions with photo evidence and detailed comments
If you have prior experience auditing dealership lots or other high-value, high-volume inventory, let me know how you ensured 100% accuracy.
