Warehouse Picker & Packer Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m looking for a reliable warehouse associate whose main focus will be picking and packing customer orders. You’ll work with handheld scanners to locate stock, verify barcodes, and pack items securely for dispatch. All cartons fall within our set weight limits, so careful lifting technique and strict adherence to the handling guidelines are non-negotiable.
The shift runs 10 hours each day, including a half-hour tea break and a half-hour lunch break. We operate five days a week and give two consecutive days off. Monthly pay ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 on the official payroll, with PF and ESIC deductions already covered, and a company bus makes the daily commute straightforward.
While your core responsibility is accurate, timely picking and packing, there may be moments when you help the team with light loading, unloading, or keeping the inbound and outbound lanes flowing—nothing outside normal warehouse routines. I expect you to hit daily accuracy targets, keep your workstation tidy, and flag any stock discrepancies the moment you spot them.
