US Warehouse & Inventory Manager (Remote, US only)
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I run a warehouse that stocks a wide range of electrical hardware—breakers, panels, cable, connectors, and similar items. I need a U.S.-based manager who can take over two core areas for me:
• Inventory management – keep counts accurate inside our specialized inventory software, reconcile physical stock, flag low items, and send me concise weekly reports.
• Order processing – pick, pack, and ship daily orders, generate labels, upload tracking data, and close each order inside the same system.
The software is already configured, so you’ll be working within an existing platform rather than building a new one from scratch. There’s no rush-job pressure here; we can agree on a smooth onboarding timeline because this project has no fixed deadline, just an expectation of consistent, reliable performance.
Acceptance criteria:
1. No stock-outs due to data errors during your first 60 days.
2. Every order recorded with carrier and tracking by end of business day.
3. Weekly variance report in my inbox every Friday before 4 p.m. ET.
This is an on-site, hands-on role, so please respond only if you are already located in the United States and comfortable managing electrical hardware. If you have a proven background in inventory software and order fulfillment, let’s set up a time to talk.
