Trading Card Store Optimization

Looking for someone to help organize and optimize my trading card store. The project involves creating a structured inventory system for both individual trading cards and sealed products, reorganizing the Shopify backend to match the new inventory format, and implementing shipping options.

Scope of Work
1. Create an Inventory Template

Develop a CSV or spreadsheet template that is easy to maintain and import into Shopify.

The template should support:

Individual trading cards
Multiple trading card sets/expansions
Sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, tins, bundles, collection boxes, etc.)
Product variants where applicable
SKU management
Quantity tracking
Pricing
Card condition i.e near mint/ lightly played etc.
Card rarity
Card number
Language
Finish (Common/Reverse/Holo where applicable)
Category/Product type
Vendor/Brand
Tags for filtering and collections
Weight and shipping information
2. Stock Images
Include a method to populate stock product images where available.
Advise on the most efficient way to source and link stock images for both singles and sealed products.
Where possible, automate or streamline the image process.
3. Shopify Backend Organisation
Reorganize the Shopify product catalogue to match the new inventory structure.

Tasks include:

Consistent product naming conventions
Standardized product types and collections
Organized tags and filters
Improved navigation for inventory management
Ensure future product imports remain consistent with the template
4. Shipping Setup

Configure Shopify shipping options, including:

Domestic shipping rates
Weight-based or price-based shipping rules
Appropriate shipping profiles for trading cards and sealed products
Complete inventory CSV/spreadsheet template
Shopify store reorganized to match the new inventory structure
Shipping settings configured and tested
Documentation explaining how to use the inventory template and maintain consistency for future imports

Experience working with trading card stores (Pokémon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, sports cards, etc.) is highly preferred

There are around 8000 cards, and around 100 products

Looking to pay £60 max as not trading yet, and further work will come from this. Please do not bid or message if this is out of your range as I do not want to waste anybody's time.
