Freelancer Requirement – TallyPrime Setup for Mineral Water Business

We are looking for an experienced TallyPrime freelancer/accountant to set up our accounting and inventory system properly.

Mineral Water Brand (Production done through third-party manufacturer – Job Work Model)

Location: Bangalore, India (Remote setup is also acceptable)

### Scope of Work

1. TallyPrime Configuration
- Complete company setup in TallyPrime
- Enable and configure inventory management
- Set up units, stock groups, and stock items

2. Inventory & Production Setup
- Raw materials setup:
- Preforms
- Caps
- Labels
- Shrink rolls
- Finished goods setup:
- 500ML Mineral Water
- 1000ML Mineral Water
- 2000ML Mineral Water
- Configure Job Work system:
- Job Work Out Orders
- Material Out (raw materials sent to manufacturer)
- Material In (finished goods received)
- Setup job work cost (₹12 per case)

3. Sales & Purchase Setup
- GST purchase entries
- GST sales invoice setup
- Distributor / retailer billing system
- Cost per case calculation

4. GST Configuration
- Input GST and Output GST setup
- GST adjustment entries
- GST refund / credit handling
- Proper GST reporting

5. Reports & Controls
- Stock summary
- Production tracking
- Profit per case calculation
- GST reports
- Job work tracking

### Additional Requirement
- Freelancer should explain the workflow and train our staff for basic entries.

### Skills Required
- Strong experience with TallyPrime
- Knowledge of GST accounting in India
- Experience with inventory and job work setup
