Surabaya Warehouse Stock Verification
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m managing this job remotely—I don’t live in Surabaya and won’t be travelling there—so I need someone already on-site who can carry out a simple but precise stock-check for me. You’ll need your own printer with a scanner and about three uninterrupted hours on the agreed date.
Here’s what the task involves from your side:
• Print the Delivery Note (DN) I’ll provide you.
• Go to the exact warehouse address stated on that DN on designated date.
• Physically and visually inspect the items listed, making sure quantities and descriptions match.
• Photograph item clearly.
• Take one photo of yourself holding the DN with the verified stock in the background.
• Sign the DN, scan it to PDF, and send/email the signed copy back to me.
Everything should comfortably fit into a single visit; clear pictures, an accurate count, and a properly signed and scanned DN are the success criteria. If you’re local, detail-oriented, and free for a few hours on the specified date, I’d love to work with you.
