We (freelancer.com) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Supply Chain Coordinator" to join our team and be part of this amazing project during an amazing growth period
The Supply Chain Coordinator will supervise the movement, distribution and delivery of spare parts while planning routes & analyzing costs. Will ensure that the right spare is delivered/picked up to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all deliveries done on a daily basis are on-time, in full and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries - Warehouse to drop points & pick up points to Warehouse
Check count & condition of picked up spare from the warehouse - Defective/Good along with DC Challans
Check count & condition of returned spare from Engineers to the warehouse - Defective/Good along with DC Challans
Ensure all spare parts >= 15 days are returned back to the warehouse with proper documentation
Ensure all pictures are captured of all spare part condition picked up from the warehouse & returned parts to the warehouse
Maintain pictures & records of all parts picked up/returned with status of the condition - DC details required by HP
Respond to any issues or complaints on WIP/GIDR
Ensure all operational guidelines are adhered & met up to the standards of HP
Select transportation/carriers and negotiate rates
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar role
Attention to detail with analytical, problem solving abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently
Skilled at using Microsoft Excel & Google spreadsheets
Travel daily to the warehouse & distribution points along with the Delivery Drivers
