I need my current inventory reviewed and recalibrated so that stock moves faster without creating service gaps. The focus is squarely on inventory management, specifically stock level optimization, with the primary success metric being a measurable improvement in stock-turnover rate.

• Calculate and recommend optimal reorder points / min-max levels that accelerate turnover yet still guard against stockouts.
• Produce a clear implementation roadmap I can plug straight into our existing ERP or spreadsheet workflow, including any formulas, dashboards, or report templates you build.
