Square POS Stock Level Setup
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already use Square POS to sell physical goods, but the stock-tracking side is still a blank slate. I need someone who knows Square’s inventory tools inside out to set up accurate stock levels for every SKU so I can finally rely on the built-in alerts and reporting.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Review my current item list in the Square Dashboard, spot duplicates or gaps, and confirm the correct variants or modifiers.
• Enter or import the opening on-hand quantities and link each item to its proper location so counts stay in sync at checkout.
• Configure reorder points and low-stock notifications so I’m warned before we run out.
• Walk me through the process (screen-share or concise notes) so I can maintain counts myself after the initial setup.
Experience with Square’s CSV bulk-import tool, inventory adjustment history, and device syncing will be a big plus. My goal is straightforward: a clean, up-to-date inventory that subtracts correctly with every sale. If you’ve done this before, let’s get my stock tracking working properly.
