On-Site Shopify Inventory Specialist

I run a silver jewellery store in Hyderabad and I rely on Shopify for everything from stock control to product launches. Each month I need someone who can physically visit the showroom, scan the shelves, reconcile quantities with what Shopify shows, and correct any mismatches right there on my laptop. Outside of that monthly visit, you’re free to handle the remaining Shopify work—new product uploads, image swaps, price tweaks, and occasional collection redesigns—from home.

Because the role involves handling inventory on-site, I’m only considering freelancers already based in Hyderabad or close enough to commute comfortably. I’d like to get started as soon as possible, so let me know your earliest availability for the first in-store count and how you normally tackle stock audits inside Shopify (Bulk Editor, Stocky, third-party apps, etc.). If you have experience with jewellery SKUs, weight-based variants, or GST settings for Indian e-commerce, be sure to mention that as well.

Key deliverable each month:
• Accurate, up-to-date inventory numbers reflected in my Shopify admin after your store visit.

Ongoing tasks after that: add new silver pieces, update photos, tag products for SEO, and keep collections tidy so customers always see what’s actually in stock.
