Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable freelancer to create, set up, and manage a professional Shopify store from scratch. This includes full account setup, theme customization, app integration, product uploads, SEO optimization, and ongoing store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up a new Shopify account, including domain integration and payment gateway configuration
Design and customize the Shopify theme to align with our brand identity
Add and organize products with optimized descriptions, images, tags, and collections
Integrate essential apps (e.g., email marketing, upsell/cross-sell, reviews, analytics)
Implement SEO best practices for improved search visibility
Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and promotions
Handle regular updates and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
Provide performance reports and recommendations for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in building and managing Shopify stores (please include portfolio links)
Deep knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language)
Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, conversion optimization, and SEO
Experience with Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and customizations
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Graphic design or branding experience
Experience with Shopify Plus (if applicable)
Familiarity with dropshipping or print-on-demand models
