Shopify Specialist for Inventory Management

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Specialist to manage daily inventory and sales monitoring across our online and retail stores.
Responsibilities:
Update inventory daily on Shopify.
Monitor daily online sales activity.
Review daily in-store sales to ensure items are sold under the correct product name and SKU.
Monitor and verify all discounts to ensure accuracy and approval compliance.
Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update and transfer inventory between store locations as needed.
Add and register inventory in QuickBooks and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Must be punctual, reliable, and highly responsive.
Must use an iPhone and be available via WhatsApp 24/7 for communication.
Clear and professional English communication skills are required.
Must have strong and stable internet access.
Previous experience with Shopify and QuickBooks inventory management is required.
We have a lot of transactions daily , are looking for someone proactive, accurate, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
