Sales and logistics assistant for small Ecom in Philippines

I'm looking for an assistant to help me with the everyday operations of our small Ecom startup.
Experience in sales is required.
Responsibilities:
1) Warm calling to provided sales leads and confirming orders
2) Receiving inventory and storing it
3) Packaging the product and sending it to customers via couriers(such as JRS-Express/LBC-Express)
Looking for long-term candidates. Possible scaling of operations.
