*Haute Couture Sales Manager*

The Haute Couture Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in a designated market. They will be responsible for managing all sales operations, drafting and implementing business plans to achieve agreed sales targets, developing relationships with clients, and expanding the market in targeted regions. This role requires deep knowledge and expertise in haute couture, as it involves creating unique ideas and bringing exquisite dresses to life.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage sales operations in the designated market, ensuring efficient sales processes.
Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets, focusing on expanding market presence in targeted regions.
Cultivate client relationships, providing exceptional service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate inventory based on market requirements.
Implement pricing policies effectively under management guidance.
Conduct regular meetings with sales team members to align with sales objectives and provide support.
Provide weekly sales performance and client engagement reports to management.
Collaborate with existing clients to leverage sales opportunities and foster growth, using your deep haute couture experience to understand and meet their unique needs.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on retail and haute couture.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Deep knowledge of haute couture, including the creative process of making a dress come to life, and the ability to convey this passion to clients.
