Retail Store Operations & Growth Manager

My retail-store group in Luwingu, Zambia has grown to a point where the day-to-day running now demands a full-time, on-site manager who can keep operations smooth while driving aggressive growth.
Daily responsibilities include keeping inventory accurate and well-stocked, supervising and motivating a small sales team, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, friendly service. Beyond those essentials, the position carries a bigger mandate: scale the business from its current level to at least K500,000 annual turnover within the next three years.
Growth will centre on two main fronts—raising same-store sales through smarter merchandising and promotions, and opening additional outlets in strategic neighbouring towns. You’ll steer the numbers as well, overseeing cash flow, supplier payments, payroll and basic bookkeeping, then turning these figures into concise weekly and monthly reports I can act on quickly.
If you have hands-on retail experience, understand Zambian consumer behaviour, and can combine solid operational control with entrepreneurial hustle, I’d like to hear how you would:
