I'm seeking a professional who can regularly generate and breakdown crucial restaurant reports targeting daily sales and inventory alongside weekly KPIs. These reports will significantly help in monitoring waste control and streamlining our daily production.
Key tasks:
* Generating a daily sales report detailing total sales amount and the most sold items
* Creating a daily inventory report that highlights inventory levels and usage rate
* Assisting in making successful orders to our suppliers by providing detailed insights about consumption
Ideal candidates should possess an understanding of restaurant operations, and have strong skills in data analysis, inventory management, and forecasting. Proficiencies in retail software packages or similar reporting tools will be a big bonus. Help me turn our data into actionable insights!
