Purchase Order and Inventory System
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
i dont need a developer.. i need someone who can train me briefly and answer a few basic questions and possibly add a feature or two but thats max nothing else..
-after entering the part in inventory i want to know if we can make a portion or app that shows me all current open un answered unquoted part #'s that still need to be sourced, priced and then quoted to customer and then have it close out and go back into the main pool of invetory... i want to also be able from there to search a part number later date once i receive the order freom customer on said part i quoted and be able to simply create a purchase for it and atrtach it to one of the vendors i had sourced prices from previously.. There is a step i dont want currently that forces me to send rfq in order to proceed to finally be able to create purchase order which i do not want in the way.
i need to better learn contacts and how to manage them and assign them to employees and watch and see the progress

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in developing inventory management systems
- Familiarity with purchase order workflows
- Strong understanding of supplier management processes
