I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a custom CRM for my jewellery business, GL Jadiya Jewellers in Jodhpur. The CRM should integrate with various platforms and streamline our operations.

Key Features Needed:
- WhatsApp Business API: Automated lead replies & follow-ups triggered by order status updates.
- Instagram: DM & comment integration to capture leads.
- Facebook Lead Ads: Automatic lead import.
- Customer Database: Complete with purchase history & follow-up reminders.
- Order Tracking: Multiple stages (Karigar work, Meenakari, Kundan, Gold Polish).
- Stock & Inventory Management: Product photos & barcodes.
- Access: Mobile & Desktop.
- Reports: Monthly inventory & sales.
- Staff Logins: Role-based access.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
