POS Retail inventory management and sales cloud based system on clothing

I need to develop a cloud based system to be working as a point-of-sale for retail shops.
The system must have the ability to:
1- storing the products by entering them via barcode reader and print the item barcode.
2- updated dashboard inventory based on added purchase orders and subtracted sales.
3- inventory management, stock transfer, stock received and sales reports on demand.
4- selling products via barcode reader as well and cash counter wise sales invoicing.
5- physical stock count, stock adjustment report
6- add/remove promotions
7- users access privileges
8- licensing per time periods
9- creating multiple locations for the same store and consolidate inventory and accounting reports
10- multilingual support(only english & arabic is enough)

Some extra features will be added but the above ones are the main ones.
