Ongoing Data Entry & QuickBooks Support -- 2

I run a growing car-related business and I’m looking for steady, long-term help with two intertwined duties: accurate data entry and day-to-day account management in QuickBooks. Everything is fully remote, so as long as you have a dependable internet connection—and enough quiet time to focus—you can work from wherever you like.

You’ll be recording vehicle purchases and sales, updating inventory spreadsheets, entering bills and payments, and reconciling transactions inside QuickBooks. Weekly you’ll also generate simple reports that help me keep an eye on cash flow and profitability.

A head start in any of these areas is a plus: previous data entry work, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with QuickBooks. I don’t, however, expect you to know everything on day one. I’ll provide paid training that covers the workflow, the specific QuickBooks setup I use, and a clear checklist so you always know what “done” looks like.
