Creation prototype of a simple inventory of 2 different products with serial numbers that are being delivered to customers and sent back using scanner. Traceability should be ensured by the use of serial numbers based on our current ways of working process flow charts. A quick training must also be made in order to understand how to use the newly created inventory.
