Multi-Marketplace Order Fulfillment Support

Orders from my Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho stores flow in every day and I want each one handled smoothly from the moment it is placed until it reaches the customer. That means confirming the order in Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and the Meesho Supplier Panel, coordinating pick-ups with the courier partners shown in each dashboard, printing labels and manifests on time, and updating tracking so buyers always see accurate shipment status.

You will also keep an eye on stock levels and flag any SKU that needs replenishment before it goes out of stock on any marketplace. Maintaining the promised SLA—same-day or next-day dispatch depending on the listing—is crucial, as late shipments hurt seller metrics.

Deliverables
• Daily processing of every new Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho order
• Generation and hand-off of packing slips, labels, and shipping manifests within the required cut-off times
• Same-day upload of tracking details to each platform
• End-of-day inventory reconciliation report with any low-stock alerts

Success is measured by zero late dispatches, real-time tracking updates, and clean seller performance scores across all three marketplaces.
