Mobile ERP for Farm Operations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My farm has outgrown spreadsheets and stand-alone apps, so I need a single, mobile-first ERP that I can open from the field, the barn, or the farm office. The system must combine three core areas:
• Inventory management – record incoming feed, seed, fertilizers, parts, and harvested produce; show current stock, low-level alerts, and simple barcode/QR scanning.
• Financial management – log expenses and sales, generate basic profit & loss and cash-flow snapshots, and export data to CSV/Excel for my accountant.
• Human resources management – maintain worker profiles, track attendance and time-sheets, and schedule seasonal staff.
Key expectations
• Native or cross-platform mobile build (Android + iOS) with an intuitive UI that works offline and syncs when a signal is available.
• Clean, modular codebase plus setup instructions so future features can be added without a full rewrite.
• Delivery within four weeks, including a short hand-over call and walkthrough video.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can create, edit, and delete records in each module from my phone.
2. Dashboards load in under three seconds on a mid-range device.
3. Data persists after closing the app and successfully syncs to the cloud when connectivity returns.
4. Source code and compiled builds are supplied along with a brief user guide.
