QuickBooks Online Migration & Setup Specialist Needed
Passport Destilados is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online freelancer or consultant to help transition our accounting and inventory management systems from Wave Accounting into QuickBooks Online.
We are an Arizona-based importer and distributor specializing in artisanal Mexican spirits and beverage products. We are looking for someone who can help build an organized, scalable QuickBooks Online environment that supports inventory tracking, wholesale invoicing, vendor management, and purchase order workflows.
Project Scope Includes:
• Migrating existing accounting and customer information from Wave Accounting into QuickBooks Online
• Creating and organizing inventory items/products inside QuickBooks Online
• Setting up customer profiles, including contact information, billing information, and wholesale account details
• Setting up vendor/supplier profiles for our producers and suppliers
• Customizing invoices with our company branding, logos, licensing information, contact details, and invoice formatting
• Importing or organizing historical customer and vendor information where appropriate
• Assisting with purchase order workflows and bill management so we can properly track balances owed to producers and suppliers
• Helping establish systems for inventory tracking, incoming shipments, and product cost management
• Advising on best practices for QuickBooks Online setup for a growing wholesale/import distribution company
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online migrations
• Experience with inventory management inside QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with wholesale, distribution, beverage, alcohol, or inventory-heavy businesses preferred
• Ability to organize systems cleanly and create scalable workflows
• Strong communication and attention to detail
