Large-Scale Inventory System Setup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need help bringing order to a catalogue of well over 1,000 physical SKUs. Every item must be entered cleanly into an inventory platform and configured so that the system can:
• update stock levels automatically as sales or receipts occur
• trigger low-inventory alerts before we run out
• support fast barcode scanning at goods-in and at the point of sale
I already have the product data in spreadsheets, along with most of the barcodes, but it all needs to be mapped accurately into a live environment (Cin7, Zoho Inventory, Fishbowl or a solution you recommend). Once the data is in, the workflows for purchasing, receiving, picking and cycle counts have to be tested end-to-end so I can rely on real-time numbers.
Deliverables
1. Import or manual entry of all SKUs with full attributes, images where available and barcode links.
2. Configuration of automatic stock adjustments tied to sales orders and purchase orders.
3. Custom low-stock thresholds set per product category, plus alert rules proven to fire.
4. Barcode template review or creation, then successful scanning tests on sample batches.
5. A brief hand-over guide describing how to add new items, adjust quantities and read the reports.
Acceptance is simple: when I can scan an item, see the correct on-hand figure, raise an order, and watch the system decrement or replenish without manual tweaks, the job is done.
