Kroger Clearly Canadian Audit and Correct
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Visit the Kroger at 223 Interstate 45 S Huntsville, TX 77340 and meet with the Manager and discuss that the reason for your visit is to ensure inventory of the Clearly Canadian items are placed out on the floor, facing correctly, and to determine incremental order needs on behalf of Clearly Canadian. Please be sure to provide the Letter of Authorization to the manager. Work to ensure items are audited and stocked. Then determine incremental orders needs. Capture counts for all 20 sku’s.
This will be a weekly audit.
1. Talk to the Department manager and explain that you are there to ensure items are
stocked and to take inventory of the items.
2. Locate product on the shelf and ensure items are fully stocked and facing correctly..
Work with manager to determine location of the product - If not set, work to place items.
• Place items on the shelf from backroom.
• Before leaving the store, take a photo of the set to show all work completed
Ensure in aisle items are inventoried so Clearly Canadian can force ship as needed.
• Request permission to build a feature and complete if allowed.
