Implement SYSPRO Inventory Module
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am moving our organisation onto SYSPRO and need a specialist who can stand up the Inventory Management module end-to-end, then tie it neatly into the rest of our SYSPRO environment.
Scope of work
• Configure Inventory Management so that stock level tracking is live and accurate from day one.
• Set up automated reordering rules that draw from real-time usage data, safety stock limits and lead times.
• Build clear, drill-down inventory reports and analytics dashboards that managers can run without leaving SYSPRO.
• Integrate the finished module with our existing SYSPRO financial and sales functions, ensuring data flows cleanly between them (no third-party links are necessary).
Deliverables
1. Fully configured Inventory Management module, ready for production use.
2. Tested integrations with the other SYSPRO modules we already run.
3. User guide and short hand-over session so my team can maintain settings and reports on their own.
Acceptance criteria
– Stock transactions reflect in system within one minute of posting.
– Reorder points trigger purchase requisitions automatically and accurately.
– Inventory valuation, ageing and movement reports reconcile with the financial module at go-live.
