HVAC Pricebook & Inventory Setup

I’m rolling out ServiceTitan for my HVAC company and need a clean, reliable inventory and pricebook foundation right from the start. The focus is on two key groups—unit parts plus all of our tools & equipment—and I want every SKU organized by type so technicians can locate items in seconds and our warehouse stays audit-ready.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Build or refine the master item list in ServiceTitan, mapping each part, tool, and piece of equipment to logical “type” categories.
• Enter cost, markup, and retail pricing so my pricebook is immediately usable in the field.
• Configure essential fields (vendor, reorder point, bin location, etc.) to support automated purchasing and stock replenishment.
• Provide a short Loom or written walkthrough showing how you structured the catalog and how my team can maintain it.

Acceptance criteria:
• All active parts, tools, and equipment appear in ServiceTitan under clearly labeled type categories with no duplicates.
• Sample searches for at least five random items return accurate location, cost, and price data.
• Pricebook exports without errors and re-imports cleanly.
