HMC Operator & Data Entry Support
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need one reliable professional who feels equally at home beside a horizontal machining centre and in front of a spreadsheet.
On the shop-floor you will:
• Handle complete HMC machine setup and calibration, including tooling offsets and fixture alignment.
• Keep the machine running smoothly during every cycle, watching tolerances, collecting in-process measurements and flagging any quality issues before they become scrap.
At the desk you will:
• Record the production and inspection figures you just gathered, inputting them accurately into my Google Sheets-based log.
• Keep our small parts-tracking database tidy and current so anyone can pull real-time inventory and job-status reports.
I will share the existing setup sheets, inspection templates and database access on day one; your first deliverable is a successfully calibrated run with the corresponding data fully entered and verified.
If you can move seamlessly between precision machining and meticulous data handling, I’m ready to get you started this week.
