Full-Time Warehouse Operations Staff

I’m expanding day-to-day activity in a fast-moving warehouse that operates much like Amazon, Swiggy or Blinkit dark-stores, and I need reliable hands on the floor—full-time.

What you’ll actually do here is straightforward but essential: pick items, pack them securely, label and dispatch; record stock levels as you go so inventory is always up to date; and lend muscle to load or unload incoming consignments. In other words, you’ll rotate through packing & shipping, inventory management, and loading/unloading, depending on the shift’s priority.

The work is physical but no special licence or certification is required. If you already know your way around handheld scanners or basic inventory software you’ll settle in faster, yet the core expectation is a good attitude, accuracy and the stamina to keep pace with same-day fulfilment cycles.

Shifts are organised on a full-time schedule, five to six days per week. Exact hours, location details and on-site safety briefings will be shared once I shortlist candidates.
