Frappe ERP Implementation Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our company still runs its sales and stock tracking from a nest of spreadsheets, and it is slowing us down. I want to move everything into Frappe ERP so day-to-day work flows in one place and manual copy-paste disappears.
Scope
• Configure and roll out the Inventory management and Sales management modules in a fresh Frappe ERP instance.
• Migrate our current spreadsheet data—items, stock levels, price lists, customers, and open orders—into the new system with clean mappings.
• Tailor basic workflows (quotations → orders → delivery notes → invoices) so staff can follow the same steps they use today, only faster and with better traceability.
• Train a small team (about six users) on the finished setup, covering dashboards, standard reports, and any custom views you introduce.
Key goals
Streamlined operations remain the north star; once the system is live I should be able to see real-time stock balances, convert quotations to orders in a click, and pull a sales or inventory valuation report without hunting for the latest spreadsheet.
Acceptance
A hand-off session where you demonstrate:
1. Master data correctly loaded and searchable.
2. End-to-end sales flow working with automatic stock updates.
3. Core inventory reports matching sample numbers provided during migration testing.
