Expert Zoho Inventory & Books

I’m a Zoho Advanced Partner with multiple live client implementations that need an extra pair of expert hands right away. The engagement is strictly for someone who already works at an advanced level in both Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books; I don’t have bandwidth for on-the-job training.
Scope of work
• Day-to-day stock management inside Zoho Inventory, with a strong focus on creating and posting accurate stock adjustments.
• Coordinating directly with our end-clients, answering their functional questions, and resolving issues without supervision.
• Ensuring every change you make syncs perfectly with Zoho Books so the financials remain clean and audit-ready.
Key details
• Start: today, as soon as we agree.
• Rate: ₹400 per hour, non-negotiable. Please apply only if this works for you.
• Hours: flexible but must be able to jump on quick calls during Indian business hours when the client needs you.
Acceptance criteria for each task
1. Stock adjustment records must balance to the unit and value totals provided by the client.
2. All affected ledger entries in Zoho Books must post automatically without manual correction.
3. A brief activity note (who, what, why) is saved inside Zoho for every adjustment so the client’s auditors can trace the change.
