Excel-based Inventory Optimization Tool

I need an Excel file to optimize my finished goods inventory. The tool should help me track stock levels and demand forecasts, and include out of stock alerts. I also need to file to break demand from a national level into a dc level and clearly have a tab on the file to type in what is producing and spit out the split where product should be shipped to each dc
