End-to-End Shopify Store Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m getting ready to launch an e-commerce business that sells physical products, and I want the entire Supplier-Store-Distribution chain humming on Shopify from day one. The focus is inventory management—stock must sync flawlessly between suppliers, warehouse, and storefront—while we keep the door open for later additions like customer reviews or discount engines.
Here’s the scope of what I need:
• Architect the supply-chain workflow, advise on dropship vs. bulk fulfillment, and integrate the chosen suppliers directly into Shopify.
• Build the store itself: theme core app stack, payments, taxes, shipping rules, and automated order routing. (I already have the website's front end developed)
• Implement real-time inventory management so our catalog always shows accurate stock levels.
• Provide clear SOPs and documentation, then either hand off to my team or stay on a retainer to run day-to-day operations once we roll out marketing.
Acceptance criteria
1. Store live on our domain with at least one supplier feed connected and inventory reflecting test SKUs.
2. End-to-end test order fulfilled through the selected distribution method.
3. Written workflows covering inventory sync, order processing, and returns.
