End-to-End Shopify Operations

I run a Shopify store that needs a seamless, end-to-end operations workflow. I want you to take ownership of every stage of order and inventory management so I can focus on growth while you keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
Order Management
I’m looking for full-cycle coverage—processing each new order as it lands, confirming the purchase with the customer (by using ROPOSO client), tracking it right through to delivery, and stepping in if a return or exchange is requested. A friendly communication is essential; every buyer should feel looked after from checkout to unboxing.
Order Tracking & Customer Updates
Please build a multi-channel system that automatically keeps shoppers in the loop:
• Automated email updates
• SMS notifications
• A self-service customer portal
On my side, I want a concise daily transaction report that shows payments cleared, orders shipped, and any flags that need attention.
Inventory Management
Inside Shopify (or through the apps you prefer), the stock room must stay perfectly in sync with sales:
• Automatic stock updates after every transaction
• Low-stock alerts before items run out
• Direct integration with suppliers so replenishment is fast and accurate
Payment & Reporting
Track incoming payments, failed authorisations, and refunds, then roll everything into the daily transaction report mentioned above. I should be able to glance at one dashboard or PDF each morning and instantly understand sales, inventory status, and any action items.
Acceptance Criteria
1. All new orders are processed, confirmed with the customer, and assigned a visible tracking number within 24 hours.
2. Inventory levels on Shopify never differ from actual stock by more than one unit.
3. Daily report delivered by 9 a.m. local time, covering orders, payments, returns, and alerts.
4. Automated email, SMS, and portal notifications trigger at each order status change without manual intervention.
