Dubai Home Inventory Cataloging Help

I’m based in Dubai and need a detail-minded person to spend roughly 15–30 hours over the next two weeks cataloging everything in my flat. The aim is a clear, room-by-room inventory that will later let me decide what to sell, ship, donate, or discard.

Scope of rooms
• Bedroom
• Kitchen
• Storage areas
• Any remaining spaces (hallways, living room, balcony, etc.)

What you’ll do
Walk through each room, record every item, note quantity, condition, and location, and label boxes where relevant. Photos for high-value items are a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred recording method
I’m comfortable with either a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) or a neat handwritten list if that’s quicker for you. Use whichever keeps you organized and consistent.

Timing
I’d like to start ASAP and can schedule two- to three-hour blocks each day until the work is finished.

Deliverables
1. Completed inventory grouped by room and dated.
2. Any supporting photos (if taken) in a shared folder or on a flash drive.
3. Quick hand-over meeting to confirm nothing was missed.
