Daily Shopify Inventory Updates

My Shopify store focuses on consumer electronics, and keeping stock levels perfectly accurate is critical to both sales and customer trust. I need someone who can handle inventory maintenance every single day—updating quantities, marking items that have sold out, and ensuring new arrivals appear in the right collections with correct SKU and variant data.

You’ll be working directly in the Shopify admin (or through bulk CSV/API if that’s quicker for you) to make sure the catalog always matches real-world availability. A quick confirmation message or spreadsheet at the end of each update cycle is enough for me to know everything is in sync; beyond that, feel free to suggest any automations or apps that might streamline the process.

Deliverables each day:
• All product quantities updated across the store
• Sold-out items clearly flagged or set to zero stock
• New or restocked electronics added with correct details
• Brief end-of-day report confirming completion

Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but I’d like the updates finished before my peak traffic window (around noon EST). If you have solid Shopify experience and an eye for detail, let’s keep this catalog spotless together.
