Create Zoho inventory management / Setup any other company software for my business, scope of work given below.
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
ADMINISTRATOR
Vendor Management
• Administrator would be able to add/modify/delete vendors into the
system
• Vendors would have basic details like Name, Website, Order URL,
Commission %, Vendor Type (Purchase/Sell or both), Vendor Code etc.
User Management
• Administrator would be able to add/modify/delete users into the system
• Users can be of three types i.e. Administrator, Accounts & Employee
• Administrator would have the control to decide user-level rights to be
given to any specific user of the system (eg. Employee/Accounts cannot
view sensitive product details like gaming account’s Username, Password,
Email etc.)
Category Management
• Administrator would be able to add/modify or delete product categories
in the system
• Product Categories would consist of games, under which there would be
subcategories consisting of game platforms (structure would be like GTA
V -> PS4 or Valorant -> PC)
Product Management
• Administrator would be able to add/modify/delete products in the
application
• Product would be assigned to categories and/or subcategories and
different fields like Product Name, Description, Product Code, Status
• Excel upload feature to upload products in bulk into the system
Purchase Order
• Administrator would be able to add/edit purchase order in system
• Products in the purchase order would have a quantity field (by default 1),
which will be added to the product in the inventory
• Product cost prices would be added to Expenses
• Purchase Order entry would have fields like Order ID, Vendor, Status, and
product info like Username, Email ID, Password, Cost Price etc.
• While making Purchase Order entry, system would pick User as well as
Date & Time of entry
• Any changes made to Purchase Order like status change would be
recorded along with User, Date & Time of change
• Excel upload feature to upload Purchase Orders in bulk
• Order Status would also contain Refunded/Returned, for which there
would be an option to upload a screenshot or describe more details about
why it’s being refunded/returned
Sale Order
• Administrator would be able to add/edit sale order in the system
• Products in the sale order would have a quantity field (by default 1), which
will be deducted from the specified product in the inventory
• Product selling prices would be added to Income
• Sale Order entry would have fields like Order ID, Vendor, Status, Customer
Name, Product Code and product info like Account Username, Email ID,
Password, Selling Price etc.
• While making Sale Order entry, system would pick User as well as Date &
Time of entry
• Any changes made to Sale Order like status change would be recorded
along with User, Date & Time of change

• Sale Order would work on First In First Out (FIFO) principle

Employee would enter a temporary OrderId to extract license/key
information. Later employee would update these orders with the actual
OrderId.

• Reports would consist of Filters such as Date, User, Customer, Categories,
Products, Status etc.

over last 6 months

Profile
